At the Auckland Xmas meeting today the Vintage register had a run showing off the Vintage and Classic karts and amongst the Karts that the Taranaki team had brought up to show off was the first of DPE's Demon chassis to be homlogated for a major event. Please don’t forget that there is testing/practice available at Manfeild on Sunday and the weather is looking great , fine and 20 degrees
Any senior driver can turn up on the day and pay the the entry fee and sign the Indemnity form and payment on the day is cash only.

Just for a change the weather dawned fine in the desert and us Kiwis
were baked under the scorching Middle Eastern sun. With temperatures
in excess of Reid Harker was the first of the Kiwis out in session one
of Junior Max. Reid performed well, easily lapping with the fastest in
his session. As he was in the first group out, his session of 36 karts

Sunday 21/11/11
The Team representing New Zealand at the Rotax Max Challenge Finals in
Al Ain, Abu Dhabi touched down safely Saturday morning. Consisting of
Daniel Kinsman (Rotax Max), Reid Harker (Junior Max), Steven Currie
(Masters DD2) and Kane Taylor (DD2), they checked in to the track late
yesterday and as of 4pm today have collected the gear that they are to

You have all just been offered the chance to get some testing / practice in before the 2012 series and Nationals at Manfeild with Play Day Ltd.
It will be Sunday 27th November and you would get sessions through the day to do your testing / practice in.
It is for all Senior Superkart classes only.
The costs for the day would be $115 per person and you pay direct with Play Day or if late can pay cash with them on the day and then sign the track indemnity etc…

Marco Simoncelli dies after crash in Sepang

Marco Simoncelli has died after a horrific crash at the Malaysian MotoGP in Sepang, says BBC.
The Malaysian MotoGP was halted four minutes after the race began Sunday when Honda rider Simoncelli fell and was hit by Colin Edwards and Valentino Rossi.
