Below is a drawing of a corner race line and what the differance in race line can give you in extra speed off the turns.This image is from a Superkart circuits but it still applies to sprint and gives you all a good idea of the differance in speed that can be acheived coming off the turn. See More

Superkart Demo at the V8 Supertourers meeting

The Super-Kart Drivers Club was invited to the inaugural round of the V8 Super Tourers motor race series on 25th and 26th February at Hampton Downs complex.

Saturday dawned hot and fine with 6 very well presented Super-Karts on display for the huge crowd eager to be part of history in the making.

Sorry I missed Superkarts at Hampton, we did a wet race day at AKL in Open. How did it go does anyone have any pictures etc?

Watching a few hairy pirouettes and off tracks at Auckland kept me thinking how hairy it must have been at 200k plus !!
