Permalink Reply by pete fitzgibbon on March 31, 2011 at 21:45 Most of them went bang , as they had a few problems with internal lubrication when reved past their 10500 limit . there is one still going and oddly enough it was the first one brought in to the country by Jon Wright with the twin coils . It's mounted on a Arrow shifter chassis and has only done 3 or 4 meetings from memory , and its for sale too .
Permalink Reply by pete fitzgibbon on March 31, 2011 at 22:07 Just in case yor wondering I now have different email for using My kart (... got band from MY KART at work )
Its interesting to read that the AX50 Is not sitable for use in NZ as it is over 300 cc just last weekend there was AX 50
Been run at the final round of the twighlights in Blenheim
In other forms of motor sport they use a calculation to find a class suitable for a rotary engine to run in
perhaps we could add more weight or something so that these engines could still be run
afterall I thought thats what the "OPEN"CLASS was all about?
